What this room is for.
Stellina is the room the group is named after and the one everything else is measured against. Forty seats, one service, and a kitchen small enough that the chef is in it.
It is the most formal of the five and the least loud. Pasta is rolled each morning, the wood oven runs all night, and the menu moves with what the market actually has rather than with a printing schedule. If you have been sent here by one of our other rooms, this is usually why.
It is also the reason the rest exist. Casa Stellina is what happened when this kitchen was given a longer bar; L'Etoile opened two doors down because the village asked for something this room could not be.
Events at Stellina Ristorante.
The smallest and the most formal. Around forty seats, which makes it the one room in the group you can take entirely without taking on a crowd. Best for a dinner where everyone is meant to hear the toast.
Joining Stellina Ristorante.
One application reaches every venue in the group, and you can name this one as your preference. Four of the five are within a few blocks of each other, so moving between them does not mean moving house.
4 more, most of them nearby.
Not sure which one you want?
Tell us the night you have in mind and we will say plainly which of the five suits it. Sometimes the answer is none of them, and we will say that too.
