Stellina Hospitality

Five places. One village, mostly.

Four restaurants and a butcher shop on Long Island. Four of them stand within a few blocks of each other in Oyster Bay, which is less a strategy than a habit: we open where we already are.

Who we are

A company that cooks.

Stellina Hospitality is not a brand applied to five buildings. It is one group of people who run five rooms within driving distance of each other, buy from the same suppliers, and largely eat in one another's dining rooms on their nights off.

The places do not look alike and are not meant to. An Italian dining room, a modern Italian bar, a French bistro, an all-day kitchen and a butcher's counter each want different things from a night. What they share is who is behind them and the standard they are held to.

The Register

Five places, and a sixth coming.

Each has its own kitchen, its own book and its own site. This page is only the way in; hours, menus and reservations all live with the venue itself. The longer version of each is on the venues page.

We would rather run five rooms we can stand in than one we could franchise.

By the numbers

Close enough to walk between.

The density is the point. Four front doors within a few blocks means one delivery run, one hiring pool, and a chef who can taste something in another kitchen and be back before service. It is also why a night out here can move rooms without moving cars.

Working with us

Three reasons to write.

Private events

Rooms from a long table to the whole building, across five very different settings. Tell us the night you have in mind and we will point you at the room that suits it, including one you had not thought of.

Careers

One application reaches every venue. Five kitchens and five dining rooms a few minutes apart means a cook who starts on one line can end up running another.

Press and partnerships

Media requests, photography, suppliers, and anyone with a building they think we should look at. All of it lands in the same inbox and a person reads it.

Every reservation is taken by the venue itself. Pick a room and it will take you the rest of the way, or write to the office if you would rather we helped you choose.
